Update on my resolution
Boo me. I gained three pounds in November, so I'm up to 218. Not awful, considering that we had a visitor, but I should have done better. My goal for December is losing four pounds, which will give me a net weight loss of 20 for the year. We'll see. I hate food because it's so very, very good.

Food can be your worst enemy when you are trying to lose weight. Best thing to do is not deprive yourself of the good stuff. Eat the stuff you know you should and have a bit or two of the stuff that you shouldn't that way you don't feel like you are really missing it.
I don't want to weigh myself. I ate nearly 2/3 of a pumpkin pie in 3 days. On the fourth day, I decided to throw it away.
Catharsis.
I don't mean to be presumptuous, but I do work at a "vitamin shoppe." Are you taking any supplements to help you with your goal? I'm not suggesting anything more than chromium piccolinate (a natural appetite suppresant), lecithin (a natural fat emulsifyier), some Omega 3's and CLA (Omega 6's).
Kelly - unfortunately, I have no will power, and therefore a bite or two of the bad stuff leads to so much more.

And no, Ms. Aries, I'm not taking any vitamins. I haven't really thought about it. I might have to check some of those out, even though I know why I don't lose weight faster - Dr. Pepper. Demon beverage!!!!
