Update on my resolution
I forgot to do this last month, because it was about the time my computer crashed, but there's nothing to report. I weighed in this morning at 221 pounds, which is the same I weighed last month but two pounds more than I weighed at the beginning of February. Sigh. Every time I have a few good days, we have a bad day and get fast food or I have a big bottle of Dr. Pepper. So I lose a few pounds, gain a few pounds. Double sigh. I'll keep trying, especially because the ENT I went to last week told me that the way I can stop snoring is to (shocking news here!) lose weight. Thanks, Doc. You went to medical school for that?
