George Bush is an idiot, Part the Second

Oh, and I forgot: Bush also thinks "intelligent design" should be taught in schools, and he did not ask John Roberts about his views on abortion. The first thing is just ... I'd call it sad, which it is, but it's so much more than that. As for the second - why not? Bush is against abortion, right? Why wouldn't he ask his Supreme Court nominee about it? It's a legal issue, isn't it? When he says something like that, I tend to disbelieve him. Shouldn't Roberts have an opinion? Everyone else certainly does.
